Technical Theatre History

Course Objective:

This course will focus on the history of Technical Theatre.  It will include where theatre technology started, how it's evolved and where it is headed.   Each week we'll focus on an aspect of theatre technology in hopes of having a larger understanding of the manufacturing methods, uses, and creative solutions that materials, hardware, equipment have in the theatre.
